About Us
Who are we?
Brown Sugar Black Tea started in Cassianne's kitchen. The idea sparked after Cassianne and Veronica decided to start spitballing ideas about a joint venture. The idea of tea came about and it was like a firework went off in both our hearts. Both of our backgrounds are heavily influenced by tea seeing our grand parents and and parents use tea for community, get togethers, healing, and so much more. We wanted to bring the idea of tea as a resource of community and healing for the braoader extention of that community here in Europe and the world.
Sustainabilty is a major part of what we do as we want to create a more sustainable planet. Together we created a business that prides itself on being sustainable and environmentally friendly. We believe in an ethical, economical way of doing business and hope to exemplify that in all of our business endeavours. We started the business with these things in mind: holistic health, quality products, sustainability, community, and a top-class tea experience.
What do we do?
We fashion gourmet loose leaf tea blends and create spaces that focus on one sole purpose, catering to our consumers' overall holistic health. Not only do we make health-specific, fun smelling, tasty tasting teas, but we create an experience our clients are sure never to forget.
We want to create safe spaces where every person can express themselves wholeheartedly using our tea parties and events. We enhance your lifestyle by ensuring you don't have to actively think about being healthy, environmentally friendly or connecting because our teas encompass all of those values for you.
